About
With nearly two decades of experience in higher education, Dr. Szpryngel has designed and taught undergraduate and graduate courses in business, leadership, and management. Before his academic career, he spent over 25 years in the environmental industry as an entrepreneur, consultant, manager, and educator.
A former U.S. Army Military Policeman, Dr. Szpryngel is actively engaged in community and volunteer leadership. He serves as a Certified SCORE Mentor with the Western Connecticut SCORE Chapter and is the Past President and an Emeritus Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Waterbury.
He lives in Waterbury, Connecticut, with his wife, Lisa, and their three children.
